Bring hope to some of the poorest families in India

The most vulnerable families in India belong to the lower caste Dalit or tribal groups. They face widespread discrimination and often lack adequate food or water.

The nationwide Lok Manch movement, spearheaded by the Jesuits, is working to change this for good. They provide information to over 300,000 people about their right to food and water. They are challenging the government to meet their obligations to the poorest people.

Lok Manch is repsonding to an urgent need. It is making a lasting difference in the lives of people who have suffered too much for too long.

With your help we can support the Jesuits in India as they fulfil St Ignatius’ words:

“Love shows itself in deeds more than words”
